Payment can be made before your delivery, simply let us know when you are ordering that you would like to pay in advance and your payment will be taken securely either over the phone or by you popping into the store. Alternatively payment can be made when we deliver to you, we carry a handy handsfree card machine that makes things easy for both you and us.  

 Yes! Orders can be collected at any time during our opening hours. Our opening hours vary during peak times and bank holidays, so please check before coming to the shop. Please make sure you give us the name   under which the order was made. 

 Yes, for all orders, you must choose a delivery or collection date. 

Absolutely! You can add any of products to your order subject to stock levels. Our in house butchers will advise you on our weekly deals or you can find them on our Facebook page. 

 You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery. If you are not home to receive your delivery we will always endeavour to leave your box in a safe place. If a suitable safe place is not  accessible  or deemed appropriate then we will not leave the produce and another delivery date will need to be arranged. 

If you are unsatisfied with anything in your order, please contact one of our team on 01386 830459 and we will look into the matter for you. Please note that we do not accept returns via post. We would never send you anything that we would not eat ourselves and truly believe that our products are of superb quality. We take enormous pride in what we do and every issue very seriously, if something is wrong we shall endeavour to put it right.
